Inside, the home, she goes room by room and helps to analyze what needs to be done.  Decluttering and organizing the home is a good place to start, but sometimes homes need a little more.  Painting and modernizing the lighting are some of the least expensive ways sellers can update their home.  She guides them every step of the way and has a team of vendors who assist her clients to get their home updated and  market ready.

Staging provides not only the wow factor, it helps the buyers envision themselves in the home and how they would use the space. How you live and how you sell are different. Stagers help bring in and arrange size-appropriate furniture and accessories to accentuate the details of the home. Virtual staging is another option and a less expensive alternative.
